Elysa PINCHAULT

Ms. Elysa Pinchault decided to join Macfarlanes LLP in February 2023 to anchor her practice around agricultural issues, after a first experience in advisory and litigation in tax law.

She handles tax matters related to the rural world, issues of transfer, sale, and acquisition of agricultural / wine-growing operations.

She also assists the firm's clients in defending their interests on a judicial level.

Her experience in French and international law firms, as well as in private banking, allows her to have a comprehensive understanding of the issues faced by the clients she advises.

Training

• Master II DJCE from the University of Poitiers with a specialization certificate in tax law.
