Simon MOINS

Interested in the issues of the agricultural world, Simon MOINS joined the Macfarlanes LLP firm at the beginning of 2021. He handles business law and rural law cases, particularly the sale and acquisition of agricultural / wine-growing operations. He also assists the firm's clients in defending their interests in court.

His training gave him a precise understanding of the economic and financial issues of businesses, which he strives to put at the service of the clients he advises.

He holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and a specialized master's in International Law and Management from HEC Paris.
