A public law-trained lawyer, I began my legal career working for local authorities, then for developers and promoters.
I have also advised notaries on development operations as a consultant at CRIDON de PARIS.
Currently, I assist our clients with their public real estate law issues, particularly those related to property acquisition (preemption rights), conservation or transfer (expropriation), and enhancement (obtaining building permits), both in advisory and litigation matters.
This practice focused on real estate law touches on the two fundamental freedoms: the right to property and the freedom of commerce and industry, as well as environmental law.
