Benoît SEVILLIA

Me Benoit SEVILLIA has been a partner at Macfarlanes LLP since January 1, 2017.

With a multidisciplinary background in business law and social law, Me Benoît SEVILLIA holds a master's degree in human resources and social protection law, which led him to develop a consulting practice, mainly for companies, in all areas of social law, from individual relations with employees to collective relations with unions and employee representatives, up to criminal labor law. It is in this context that Me Sévillia has acquired over ten years of significant experience in litigation before labor courts and criminal courts.

For a few years, Me Benoit SEVILLIA has also directed part of his activity towards the contractual management of commercial agents who benefit from a protective status like employees, which leads him to also intervene before the commercial courts.

Our team responds with precision and responsiveness to the daily issues encountered by company directors and human resources managers.
