Lawyer – Corporate / Business / Contract Law

Macfarlanes LLP is looking, to support its growth, for a 1st / 2nd / 3rd year associate, specialized in corporate / business / contract law, with a strong interest in the agri / wine sector.

You will strengthen the firm's Business Law team (Corporate, shareholder disputes, transactions) (led by Me MANDEVILLE), and will support its development.

You will be involved in contract/corporate law issues (disputes between partners, corporate restructurings, transfers, etc.) very often linked to the agricultural and wine-growing sectors, for a wide diversity of clients (companies and individuals, etc.). Both advisory and litigation activity.

Independent and motivated, you enjoy teamwork and have a sense of responsibility.
